Directors and officers
The directors and officers of Students for Students, Inc, represents the organization in internal and external matters.
Its most important tasks are the foundation of new locations, support of existing locations as well as the acquisition of material and immaterial supporters to sustain and develop our impact in the communities we serve.
Locations
Students for students aims to have a presence in every US city with a university large enough to permanently sustain a location. Medium term, we plan to establish locations in every Colorado city that fulfils the aforementioned requirement.
The tutoring itself is organized by the respective location management. They acquire tutors by cooperating with those people and institutions around campus that have reach in the student body. Examples are local influencers, program assistants, other student organizations etc. They acquire tutees by contacting those in direct contact with our target group - social workers, municipal social facilities, parents.
Tutors
In 1 on 1 tutoring sessions, college students of all academic backgrounds support tutees directly with school work, for example homework or exam preperation.
They also help tutees to "learn to learn" to make a sustainable impact.
